Relaunch branding of Trout Fisherman magazine’s fly-tying reader competition, Flymasters. Judged by Fly Dressers’ Guild Chairman, Peter Gathercole.
Alongside a new editorial design I created a Flymasters logo and winners badges for each of the monthly fly-tying challenges. Purple was selected as the dominant colour and paired with the Eloquent typeface to emphasise a regal quality to the design.
The competition proved a success, with many high quality entries battling for the top 9 spots published in the magazine each month.
